Coconut Oil Pulling Mouthwash — 1.69 fl oz, pack of 3

Oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic morning ritual: a spoonful of oil, swished slowly around the mouth, then spat out. This rinse is built on fractionated coconut oil, which stays liquid at room temperature and is far easier to swish than solid coconut oil, blended with seven essential oils and xylitol for a clean mint finish.

How to use

• Take roughly one teaspoon into the mouth.
• Swish gently for 5–15 minutes. Don’t gargle and don’t swallow.
• Spit into a bin rather than a sink — the oil can set in pipes.
• Rinse with warm water and brush as usual.
• Suitable for all ages; children under 12 should be supervised.
