Hair is the crown we were born with, but it doesn’t take care of itself. Also, things outside of the hair, like pollution, sunlight, stress, chemicals, and so on, can make hair problems worse and cause excessive hair loss and other conditions on the scalp that stop new hair from growing.
And we’ve all been through this bad hair phase at some point.
We already know that there is enough to meet every need. Because of this, there are a lot of man-made hair care products on the market that say they can help hair grow. And to be honest, they might work too. One thing that should be made clear, though, is that they cost you and the environment more because they are full of chemicals. On top of that, synthetic compounds that make hair grow only last a short time. They don’t cure the condition for good. These hair care products are more concerned with getting results quickly than with finding and fixing the problem at its source.
Then do we give up? Not at all! Nature itself holds the key to healthy hair. The good news is that it’s not a secret ingredient from the hills that will make your hair long and shiny. But a lot of oils that are found in nature can help you get the hair you’ve always wanted. When mixed or prepared with other natural ingredients, these oils work better and you can see results in just a few weeks. We’ve checked it N times, so we’re pretty sure about this!
Also, it’s very important that these ingredients are used the right way. It’s important to know how an oil is being used and what (and how) it is being mixed with.
Because we did the research, these are the six best hair oils that we found to help hair grow the most:
Coconut oil with Nigella Seeds (Kalonji) & Fenugreek Seeds (Methi dana)
We’ve heard our whole lives that coconut oil is good for you in many ways. It’s not a surprise that it also works great on hair. Because it kills bacteria and fungi and is full of nutrients, coconut oil is a great oil for conditioning your hair. You can put pure cold-pressed coconut oil on your scalp, but the benefits of coconut oil are even greater when mixed with other ingredients from the kitchen, such as nigella seeds, fenugreek seeds, and so on.
Because they reduce inflammation, nigella seeds are good for people with irritated scalps and help hair follicles stay healthy. Also, they make the scalp’s blood flow faster, which helps hair grow.
Fenugreek can help with inflammation and is a good source of protein and amino acids for hair.
A fun fact is that people in tropical areas have grown and used coconut oil for hundreds of years. We all know that nature is very good at planning things, and coconut oil is great for people who live in places like that.
How to Use Coconut Oil for Hair Growth
To make natural hair oils, coconut oil is a great oil to use as a base. The best part is that you don't need anything fancy to make this oil. You only need two things from around the house to make your hair grow.
Use a mixer grinder to grind a teaspoon of nigella and fenugreek seeds. If you want to do more work, a mortar and pestle works just as well.
Put it in a glass jar with 200 ml of coconut oil and mix it. Leave the jar in the sun for a week and then strain it.
You should use it twice a week and let it sit on your hair overnight before washing it.
Pure cold-pressed nigella seed oil can also be used instead of the seeds.
You can use Kalonji and Methi all year to improve the health of your hair, but you can't use coconut oil as the carrier in the winter because it solidifies when it gets cold. Our winter hair oils are made with olive, mustard, sesame, and other oils. They also have more than 16 herbs added to them, such as methi, shikakai, neem, kalonji, and more. If you want your hair to grow quickly this winter, you should cut back on the extra work and give it a try.
There are many ways that almond oil can help your hair stay healthy. Oily acids like omega-6, omega-3, and omega-9 can be found in large amounts. It also has magnesium and vitamin E in it. The healthy nutrients in almond oil help hair get stronger and grow faster. It is also one of the least heavy hair oils, so it doesn't weigh your hair down. Almond oil's minerals and proteins help heal the scalp, which is important for hair growth.
Almond Oil
Because it doesn't lose any nutrients during the extraction process, cold-pressed almond oil for hair growth is the best type to use on hair. When we mix oils, we need to think about how the different parts can help with healing.
In the same way, you can make jojoba oil work better by mixing it with almond oil. With the moisturizing properties of jojoba oil and the biotin in almond oil, you have the perfect mix for healthy hair growth.
Add one part of jojoba oil to three parts of almond oil.
Before putting it on your scalp, warm it up on low heat.
Herbal and ayurvedic medicines have been infusing with slow heat for a very long time. So be careful, because high heat can kill the good things in the oils and any other ingredients you add. We say it because it's what we do. All of the oils we make in our ayurvedic kitchen are slowly mixed for 12 hours or more at the right temperature.
Castor oil is an important part of many store-bought oils that are sold as hair growth oils. It is undeniable that it is a great ingredient for long hair, but the other synthetic ingredients and mineral oil base make it almost useless. Castor oil is full of antioxidants, amino acids, and fatty acids, which are mostly used in herbal medicines to treat problems with hair and skin. It helps hair grow by stimulating hair follicles and making hair less likely to break.
There are many good things about castor oil for your hair, but it can be hard to use because it is sticky.
How to Use Castor Oil for Hair Growth:
People who want to grow their hair rarely use castor oil by itself. You can use it by itself, but mixing it with other oils makes your hair really soft and helps the oil get to the roots.
You can use this oil every day by adding a few drops of the best castor oil for hair to 200ml of olive oil.
You can also get rid of the strong smell of castor oil by adding two to three drops of lavender essential oil. It's simple to do that.
Is there anything else you'd like to do? There is one more recipe that will make a great hair oil.
Mulethi, or licorice, is a great ingredient to add to hair care products. It is talked about in the Vedas because it can help hair grow and stay healthy. Organic licorice roots that have been cleaned and ground up are the best to use.
It can be rubbed on your scalp after mixing it with castor oil.
Keep it on for at least 30 minutes before you wash your hair.
I just snuck in to say that castor oil, mulethi, and more than 16 other herbs make Nat Habit's hair oils better.

Amla Oil
One of the most important herbs in Indian traditional medicine, especially in Ayurveda, is the Indian gooseberry. A lot of medicines use the seeds, leaves, bark from the roots, flowers, fresh fruits, and dried fruits of the amla plant. There are many polyphenolic compounds in the fruit, as well as quercetin, gallic acid, tannins, phyllaemblic compounds, flavonoids, pectin, and vitamin C.
